Type: Indica/Sativa (45/55)
With this strain you’ll find that its origins are fiercely disputed. Murky stories about chance meetings at Grateful Dead concerts and the states of Montana, Massachusetts and Colorado all figure in the talks. A more straightforward explanation of its genetics is that it’s a cross between two well-respected strains, OG Kush and Sour Diesel. Whatever the truth, this Indica and Sativa hybrid is a connoisseur standard smoke that experienced growers should consider.
Medical advice is that this weed is used most for muscular pain and a poor apetite. It also seems to help with anxiety and depression.
This plant loves the indoors and prefers a nice moderate fertilizer schedule. If you do decide to grow this plant outdoors we recommend an extremely warm dry climate, not exactly for here on the central coast. While growing it can give off both a fruity smell sometimes the diesel smelling phenotypes can overpower everything. It’s a great candidate for multi-branch training but also works well in single stem SOG operations. This strain seems to be more susceptible to gray mold and mildew so we don’t recommend it for first time growers. Flowering time should be about 10 weeks and grows much better if you stay on the pruning.
